History
Reflexology dates back to ancient times. Chinese, Indians and Egyptians used
pressure therapy on the feet to maintain or restore good health.
It is widely accepted today as a successful treatment for many
ailments. When skillfully applied it can relax and invigorate
the entire body, stimulating the nervous system, circulation and
boosting the elimination of toxins. Reflexology has become firmly
established as a complimentary healing art.
